Database Technology Applications And Research, Command And Communications Systems

The database design technique used in command and communication systems is studied in this paper.The management of battle information is very important in the command and communication system of the modern war. In the design of a command and communication system, the software requirement analysis of the battle database has been performed based on the requirement of automatic battle. The author selected the RDB design software VFP, used the visual and object-oriented programming technique. In the end the command and communication database system structure has been constructed, based on E-R model, function-depended and standardization analysis.This paper described the design and realization of a command and communication system database in the environment of VFP. It briefly introduced the mostly function, the system frame, the constitute & the information flow; It introduced the key techniques used in the database design, such as user interface designing technique, application system toolbar designing technique, multi-media technique, data exchange technique, security and maintaining secrecy technique, etc. moreover it do more analysis, research & prospect for these technique & the developing way of the system.This database system is used in a command and communication system which has been delivered to the user. So the feasibility of the database design has been proved.
