| A broadband millimeter-wave quadruplet is discussed in this paper. This module is realized by the structure of doubler-amplifier-doubler. In this method, a novel planar coupled microstrip balun is used in the Ku-band doubler, and the millimeter-wave doubler is also planar. The testing result is that the conversion loss is below 15dB and the harmonic suppress is higher than 10dB, which is up to the demand. |
