According to the practical engineering requirement on three-dimensional orientation, some methods about three-dimensional reconstruction of image are studied in this paper based on theories of computer vision, digital image processing and digital photogrammetry.Firstly, the theory of binocular stereo imaging is introduced and the relation of relative orientation between two cameras, during the process of imaging , is discussed.Secondly, in order to improve the quality of original piture and reduce the influence of noise pollution, some predisposal measures of digital image processing technique are adopted to dispose of object pitures in this paper, the goal of extracting edge character information is achieved.Then Least Squares Image Matching arithmetic and character Matching arithmetic based on character distill is discussed mostly. After the matching process and when each homonymy points are found out, the correlation between left image and right one can be determined, and the result of matching and three-dimensional reconstruction.Finally, using the data information that was provided by unmanned air vehicle(UVA), the arithmetic about three-dimensional coordinate of control points gived.
