The reliability allocation techniques that got developed in recent years are an important method to ensure the quality of software and to enhance the reliability of it. They are applied in various stages of software engineering, and the effective reliability allocation in the plan and design stages is the crucial step to complete the software design work.In this article, the author has chosen the reliability allocation method based on module complexity and module importance. The purpose is to make the reliability allocation in the development of military software more reasonable and more practical. In order to suit to the characteristics of The Communications Control System , reliability allocation is studied, relevant module complexity and module importance are calculated. Allocation of reliability is given in two cases. In the first case, module importance is considered, while in the second case, both module complexity and module importance are considered. In addition, further exploration is made on the influence of minute variation of module complexity upon the result of allocation. Ideal result is achieved in this respect. This essay provides a useful experiment on the reliability allocation of military software and will ensure promising utility value in the research of reliability allocation of military software.
