As a result people pay more and more attention to how not to influence the normal network visiting of the user particularly the young student at the same time when they visit to network.In order to purify the unfriendly information in the network and to keep the network consumer especially the young student away from the intrusion of a mass of unfriendly information and to make the network environment more pure and fine, now the technology of the information purifying has become the investigative hotspot in company and school. At present there has been some quite good system of network information purifying, but these products are not very mature: the speed of visiting network is too slow when the network information is purifying, or unfriendly information is purified not enough, friendly information is purified in mistake. Therefore, aiming at the problems existed in current network information purifying system and combining the former study and making use of the technology of fuzzy set, fuzzy mode identifying, data warehouse and Cache we put forward a kind of system of network information purifying based on fuzzy mode identifies etc and give its realization in this paper.The study and discussion in this paper are in the aspects as follows:(1) After analyzing the several models of information purifying in common use we import the fuzzy set into the model of information purifying, then we bring forward a new model of information purifying based on fuzzy set combining the vector space model.(2)The traditional technology of information purifying based on the key word in the page will leads to leak purifying or wrong purifying, so we import the technology of fuzzy mode identifying into information purifying of page contents, and then we bring forward an improved technology of information purifying based on fuzzy mode identifying.(3) The traditional technology of URL purifying will cause the speed of visiting network become slower and slower, so we import the technology of data warehouse, Cache into the technology of URL purifying, and then we bring forward an improved technology of URL purifying.(4)We design and realize an efficient system of information purifying, which has a higher precision, higher speed, lower rate of miscarriage of justice, lower rate of leak of justice. And it can adjust to the actual instance varying constantly.First of all we discuss the model of information purifying and bring forward the methods of setting up the according fuzzy set and subject function. Secondly after analyzing the traditional technology and the strongpoint and the shortcoing of information purifying we improve it combining with the technique of fuzzy mode identifying, data warehouse, Cache etc.And we can perpetrate an on-line and synchronous purifying through analyzing the text and picture showing in the pages of network. Finally, we choose SQL Server 2000 to design the URL database and Delphi, WinGate as the tool for system development to develop an efficient system of information purifying which can keep the network consumer especially young student apart from the intrusion of unfriendly information and make the environment of network pure and fine.
