Oil Field Injection Water Quality Testing Technology

Oilfield Inpouring Water Measuring Instrument(OlWMI) introduced in this paper is a kind of multifunction intelligent photoelectricity colorimetry meter.Computer system,optic measuring system .electronics are described in detail.At first,author deduces the measuring model-Lambert-Beer law which is been applied to measurethe concentration of oil,iron-ion and floatmattter in oilfield inpouring water and discusses applicability of the law .On base of outline, Collectivity design of software and hardware system of OIWMI are introduced in the dissertation. During developing system software.the developing model which system software is programmed by assemble language in developing intelligent instrument in the past is given up.The other way round,embedded language C51 is applied to it.Furthermore,emulatorQTH8052 and emulating software-QTH7858X is consisted of emulating environment.They are been used for programing and debugging system software.In the third chapter.author designs optics structure and analyse choose of photoelectric sensor aiming at the measuring method of OIWMI.In the fourth and fifth chapter.author elaborates and analyse system error and electromagnetism compability (anti-jamming) which act on sticking point in developing intelligent instrument emphatically.Author analyses system interfere and presents anti-jamming design according to intruder and position of jam acted;System error and random error are analysed and synthesized the system error. Meanwhile.method of decreasing system error is presented in the dissertation.At the end of the paper.author analyse the characteristic of the OIWMI and some problems that exist in the present of the OIWMI .Furthermore, some improving proposals are brought forward .
