Liaoning Power Pension Insurance Information Management System Design

The endowment insurance system is an important part of the social insurance system, and it is also the basis content of the whole social insurance system.This paper studied the software design and implement of the endowment insurance information management system of the Liaoning Electrical Power System based on the hardware platform of the LNEPS computer network. It consists of three subsystems: the basic endowment insurance management, the enterprise supply and the individual deposit management, and retired personnel management. The paper implemented the management functions for the staff account, account transition, account settlement, account removement, and account sealing and storage. It realizes the basic operations of information input, inquiring and printing, the statistic and summary of the account information monthly or yearly.The paper solved the safety and consistency problems of individual account data in endowment insurance information management. The endowment insurance data for existed working staffs includes all individual data from starting work to retiring time. The pension information for the retired staffs will be kept till their death. So the data should be assured safety and correct. When there are exchanges happened for staffs between different departments, it should take account of the transition factor into its consideration so as to assure the data consistency between LNEPC and its subsidiary companies. This system establishes two-level distributed storage system both in central and local database, and the comprehensive query system by using the WEB-DB technology.The endowment insurance information management system designed in the paper has been working well, and meets the end users' requirements.
