The Power System operation condition becomes more complicated with the development of net and the appearence of Power Market recently. Meanwhile, the net's security and stability should be improved.Based on the summarization of previous work, this dissertation conducts systematical research work on the under frequency load shedding.The paper presented a Centralized Manage System of the under frequency load shedding equipment, which based on the computation of multiple generations model, to improve the precision of the settings of the under frequency load shedding equipment, eliminate over shedding or under shedding, correspond the equipment of the under frequency load shedding in system. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, which is based on the evolutionary computation, is used to solve the settings.It can be used to deal with the questions of real large or middle nets after improve the algorithm according as the characteristics of under frequency load shedding by compared to traditional algorithm, from the result of New England 39-nodes computation.
