This paper discusses the numerical calculation of semilinear cases of heat flow cryptosystems. We provide a method of semi-discrete Galerkin approximation, with theory of operator semi-group , we gave out an algorithm based on finite element method and proved the existence and uniqueness of the general and approximate solution of this finite element schemes. We also make prior error estimation and rate of convergence for this schemes theoretically. This paper may be helpful to study the encryption and decryption of nonlinear model.
