The research on using GPS carrier phase to determine the object's attitude and heading exploits a new area on GPS application. The attitude and heading determination system that use Motorola VP OEM as GPS receiver is studied in this paper. Some important matters on attitude and heading determination system are discussed in this paper.The Motorola GPS data's structure is analyzed, The data is collected and disposed by using a new method that can make two GPS receiver's data collected at one time. Some matters such as carrier phase cycle-slip detecting, ambiguity resolution and attitude computing are discussed on theory and practice in this paper. A new method that program by combining DELPHI and MATLAB is designed, this method can improve the efficiency.
