| This paper introduces the development method and application of rapid prototyping technology according to the principle of the latter.The application of this technology and other relative technologies are discussed in respect to concerned software and hardware technology as well as manufacturing process. STL model pre-processing software of rapid prototyping system is discussed with emphasis on. systematical method and integrative opinion are used to analyze each step and algorithm from geometric render to slicing, splitting process. STL model pre-processing software is programmed which is well used in our rapid prototyping machine. |
