In this report , some key technology in organic pyroelectric infrared focal plane array such as preparation of organic pyroelectric film, measuring technology of pyroelectric property, preparation of thermal isolation bridge structure have been discussed, (l)sampling and controlling system of pyroelectric coefficient measuring system based on dynamic method is designed and made. This system realized automatic measurement of pyroelectric coefficient. The basic constitutes of hardware, working principle, character of the main-subsidiary system were introduced.(2)Pyroelectric polymer films have been prepared using spin-casting method. IR spectrum and XRD of the samples have been analyzed. Pyroelectric properties of the films have been studied, too. The results show that pyroelectric response sensitivity of the film samples prepared using spin-casting method is higher and more suitable for infrared detectors than other methods. (3)a new type unusual thermal isolation structure-organic micro bridge is discribed and prepared. This microbridge can be obtained under relatively low temperature, so it doesn't damage bottom readout circuit. In solving of the organic sacrificial layer material, it will not affect the circuit of the detector,tooo The results show organic microbridge structure is more easily realized and more cheap than inorganic microbridge.
