Piezoelectric acoustic wave sensing technique has been applied to numerous fields, including analytical chemistry, life science, environmental monitoring and surface sciences because of it's small size, high sensitivity, simplicity, low power consumption and broad sensing spectrum. While integrating with the characteristics of microbial growth and biological reaction, this thesis presents a theoretical and applied study of several new system based on the response of one-face contacting liquid piezoelectric quartz crystal sensor to the viscosity and density of solution, and the response of SPQC sensor to the conductivity of the solutioa The creative works are summarized four aspects as follows:1. New method for determination the environmental waste water was established by bulk acoustic wave impedance analysis technique, which is based on the inhibition of antibiotics to the growth of bacteria. The proposed method was applied to monitor the environmental wastewater.2. An impedance response model about the inhibition of antibiotics to microorganism popular growth was established first time. The model was based on the relationship between the motional resistance and the viscosity and density changes of solution, combined with the Logistic popular growth model. The three inhibition parameters were estimated by fitting the experimental data.3. Using lysozyme as a model, the effect of static magnetic field on me activity of lysozyme was studied using information provided by impedance response, two response models were first time proposed, which contained the parameters of magnetic field intensity and the magnetization time of lysozyme, respectively. The experimental results indicated that the model reflected the real reaction of the detection system in a certain intensity of magnetic field and magnetization time.4. The effect of static magnetic field on the growth of Eschrichia coli was discussed by the sensitive response of SPQC sensor to the conductivity of solutioa A relative frequency shift response model was derived on the basis of theory analysis and the relative parameters were estimated.
