With the evolution of the laser arms, the research of the physical mechanism of the interplay between the laser and the composite becomes more and more importantfor the great martial use of the composite. And the precondition is the research of theabsorption reflectance and transmissivity of the material induced by laser.lt isuniversally known that the thermomechanical breakage of the material lies on the mechanical inhomogeneous effect which results from the temperature gradient hi the material. The temperature gradient rests with the mechanism of the absorption of the laser energy ,for the physical proerties of the composites is very anisotropic. The volumetric absorption of the laser in the resin reinforced by the polyaryl amide fibers cann't be neglectable. The interaction mechanism of the laser and the material ascertains the source item in the heat conduction equation. The volumetric item produces the inhomogeneous temperature and stress for the difference absorption coefficient between the matrix and the fiber, which results in the damages in the material. This paper does research on the interaction mechanism between the resin reinforced by the fibers and the continuous waves YAG laser which wavelength is 1.06 um. How to discriminate the ration of the surface absorption from the total absorption is the creativity of this paper. The material is translucent to the laser. So the reflectivity , transmissivity and volumetric absorption of the laser must be thought in the research. The reflectivity and transmissivity of the multilayered material approximate relation to the thickness of the material can be naturally reachable through the basic theory of the geometric mechanics. The relation of the volumetric ratio ,reflectivity and transmissivity can be deduced by the conservation law of energy. The reflectivity and transmissivity of the material can be measured through the experimental system of two integrated spheres, then the relation of the volumetric absorption coefficient changeable with the thickness of the material and the power of the laser. The theoretical model of the thermophysic parameters of the composite with the change of the thermophysic parameters of the matrix and fiber. The laser-inducedtemperature of the material can be gotten by the implanted thermocouples. On the basis of the experiment the laser-induced temperature can be turned out with the use of the finite element calculating method. The thermophysical parameters model can be ameliorated through the calculation.
