Power Cable Operating Temperature-line Monitoring System

In order to stop the fire accident which is arosed by the high temperature in each cable tie-in, we design the electric power cable running temperature on-line inspect system .It can carry the temperature of each cable tie-in in cable channel to the main room in time and truly, and is easy for the run-personnel to deal with.this paper introduces several parts of the system: the hardware design of scene work sub-station, the RS-485 BUS communication interface used for long-distance transmission, long-distance work station development. This paper especially discusses the design for anti-jamming from the substation on main frame theoretically and practically .the main body software chooses the Visual Basic programmer under windows circumstance, adopts visible programmer way, and it can take advantage of the software operation .The interface treats the mass of the real time temperature data with the form of graphics windows, the run-personnel is clear to the temperature of the cable tie-in in the whole cable channel at a glance .New special chips are used in hardware design ,which makes system more function ,less consume , Little volume .The above studying have been put into practice in correlated device and run smoothing with active effective .there be important significance in development.
