Speech synthesis is a hotspot in the artifical intelligence .It is popularity used in many fields,which improves human-computer interaction and bring great benefits to us.But the general problem in it is which the naturality of speech and the modificating capablity of psolody is not good enough.Based on analysing the Speech synthesis of now,the paper firstly introduces the development of Text to Speech.Then it show the advantages and disadvantages of each synthesis technology by comparing.them.Except that the article discusses the development of Text to Speech in the future and narrates the whole process of Text-to-Speech Transfer System.In the end, it introduces.the Pitch-synchronous Overlap Add method.through which we can medicating the psolody,for example, the voice length,frequence,least energy.In order to improve the speech naturality,the paper puts forward the combinatorial method which bases on participle.We have conclused some rules of combination of substantive and the application of empty word in phrase partition,for example the structure auxiliary word assembled with other words,the trend verb assembled with other words and the combinations among noun,verb,adjective.The result of the test proved method in improving the natural degree of synthesis voice. We quotes many ideas from HowNet,for example ,the assembling of words and the relations of words,these ideas are helpful for our study.The paper settles the problem of how to deal with English among Chinese applyingwith Microsoft Speech SDK.
