In this paper I depend on the engineering of practice, and detailedly describe and analyse any part of computer monitor and control system of typical water conservancy hinge project(Huaian water conservancy hinge project as an example), including its system constitute, design scheme, the computer monitor and control system of strobe, the computer monitor and control system of transformer substation, the system of prototype observation and expert especially I mostly have a discussion on the parts that are more important than others in reliability. My paper firstly introduces the importance and the general situation of the development of the technology of Fault Tolerance and redundance. The next part is mainly about the hot problem, the technology of Fault Tolerance and redundance of computer monitor and control system. It mainly includes three parts: First part is Fault Tolerance technology of server, this part presents a duplex modular redundant Fault Computer System based upon the Disk Array, design the modules of fault detection and recovery, switch. This chapter discusses the technology of SCSI with stress , including its system constitute , hardware structure , work character, command mode, feasibility of achieving RAID and the achieving technology under operating system. Based on the hardware, I designed an applied duplex server fault tolerance system. It has got good effect in the actual project. Second part is Fault Tolerance technology of local area nevork, this part presents the requirement of fault-tolerant LAN based on analysing the background of fault-tolerant LAN, and its realization, framework, based on which the key problems include transmission disposal of normal data, disposal of data transmission error, disposal of network error, flux control of network are discussed in detail. Finally, I summarizes the characteristic of this scheme. Third part is Fault Tolerance technology of software, this part introduces three methods of fault tolerance of software based on analysing the background of fault tolerant of software, including recover block technology, N- edition program design technology and consistency recover block technology. This chapter also introduces two familiar reliability models of software, including time model and data model presents the methods of estimating software reliability from different point of view. In addition, the using method, operation skill and project application of a cartoon's software making technology D Studio Max is simply introduced.
