| In this paper, a measurement and control system for high current and high voltage switch testing was accomplished based on a computer system under the platform of Windows. We designed and developed the real system under the analysis of the switch testing instruments and background of the switch testing station. The hardware of the measurement and control system includes the mast computer, PLC(Programmable Logical Controller), data acquisition card, and locale sensors. According to the characters of switch testing , a module of signal modulate and isolation was developed as the interface of local sensor and data acquisition card . By using opticlectric isolation and optical fiber communication in the module of signal modulate and isolation, electromagnetism disturbance was solved commendably. As the aspect of the software , Chinese Windows98 was used as the developing environment , Visual Basic 6.0 can build user interface quickly and Visual C++ 6. 0 can operate the hardware directly, so we took Visual C++ 6. 0 and Visual Basic 6. 0 as the developing tools. In designing the style of our software, some virtue of foreign correlation software were used for references. This work is creativity in the field of high current and high voltage testing and can meet the needs of switch testing station. |
