At present, the mixed gas is consist of a certain number and proportion gases by manual work in the factory. Thus the procedures complex and the production efficiency decrease. Based on the analysis of the soft measuring technology, principle of mixed gas and characteristic of coal gas, this paper researches and discusses the mixed gas automatic system and the methods for temperature, pressure and viscosity correction. It is not only can mix gases automatically, but also can realize the continuity of industrial production and can increase the reliability and the product efficiency. Those are all fit the requirement of factories. Because of the caloric value of PLG is nonlinear seriously, so that the establishing of mathematical model by general method is difficulty. This paper establishes the mathematical model of caloric value by the technology of the neural network and the least squares. The mathematical model can reflect the complex nonlinear relation between the consumed and the caloric value of LPG. The simulating results prove that the method is feasibility and validity. The system is installed. And it is been debugging now as the requirement of the factory, which can fulfill the needs of the factory.
