Following the flight, the sea, the public and rail transport, the pipeline sealed transferring becomes the fifth largest transportation. In such a highly developed information era, the "digital pipeline" scientific management methods are gradually penetrating into the development of pipeline transport and play an important role. The paper is based on the thought of "digital pipeline", developing the information management systems of a set of digital production as the characteristics, namely digital pipeline production management systems. In this article, focusing on the introduction of the pipeline safety and optimal scheduling production design application in the system and achieving to production, which not only ensures a good pipeline transportation environment, but also greatly reduce the company’s cost of necessary expenses. Specific work in the paper is as follows:(1) This article first analyzes the safety run of the pipeline, using rough set theory to analysis and retrieve historical information table in slurry pipeline, ultimately getting the piped security rules, which can apply to the actual production and get good results, the resulting security rules is straightforward, slurry pipeline environment becomes more secure while it can allow the economy to be guaranteed.(2) Take the first stage slurry transportation pumping station for the analysis object, the optimization goal is good for reducing the operating costs of the pumping station, constructing the mathematical model of pumping station scheduling optimization, in view of the slurry transport process complexity factors, namely there are both the discrete variables and continuous variables, the system uses genetic algorithms to encode and solve, by the actual production in a pipeline company, finding the optimal or suboptimal solutions, which shows that the method can effectively reduce the operating costs of the pumping station.(3) Digital pipeline production management system is made a comprehensive design analysis from hardware to software, meanwhile, taking a pipeline company to analyze the case, first regarding the produce report system as an example, which introduces its data integration, mining analysis capabilities, giving prominence to its comprehensive, automatic and accurate reporting style; Realizing the optimize scheduling subsystem of the station, reflecting the superiority of solving scheduling problems in optimize problem of the actual station.The system takes informatization and intellectualization as construction purposes, solving many problems in the pipeline company production sector, such as the data format, data exchange or the inconvenient conversion; solving the low security of paper statements data, there is no backup system, which easily causes lost or stolen problem; solving the cooperation problem of the various departments, it is difficult to achieve data sharing so as to result in the data silos and other issues, the system can not only lay the foundation for a new mode of production in the pipeline industry, but also open up a new path for the development of the pipeline industry.
