In recent years, along with the universal application of information technology, the informatization level has become an important symbol of country’s modernization level and the comprehensive national strength. At present, China’s information technology has made great achievements in many fields, but there is still a certain gap between developed countries, like the United States. Though, most of the commercial banks has initially established a bank customer information management system, we can’t ignore the fact that there are still blind spots in a separate design for the credit business of bank credit customer information management system. In particular, there is space and improvement in the structure of the system, system function, system application model, operation standardization, standardization and procedure. Therefore, the research and analysis of bank credit customer information management system has an important significance for the development of the financial sector information.This paper first introduces the application situation of bank credit customer information management system, and identifies the main work and research contents of this thesis. In the business analysis, the existing problems of bank credit business, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this paper, then the transferred business process is given. The bank credit customer information management business as a whole can be divided into seven categories:the management of credit customer information, the management of credit customer status, the management of credit customer integration, the management of credit customer split, the management of credit customer transformation, the management of customers’ credit and system management. Among them, the management of credit customer information contains the original business processes:searching credit customer information, creating customer information and modifying credit customer information. While, the other six are new business processes. In functional analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the paper identifies the system functions, and g gives the system package diagram and sub package diagram functions, including tthe management of credit customer information, the management of credit customer status, the management of credit customer integration, the management of credit customer split, the management of credit customer transformation, the management of customers’credit and system management sub package diagram. At last, in the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity relationship diagram is given, and the database table structure is established. This paper finally has carried on the summary and the further work.
