The significance of system development so as to satisfy the database and ASP technology developed systems based on a common, practical, scalable, portable requirements. Using ASP.NET, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, CSS, SQLSERVER technology combine to make the system easy to use, easy to maintain, scalability, stability, security is good.This paper mainly introduces the following aspects:1.a study of the background, significance, status, current developments at home and abroad, about the development of theory and the technology used in this system, and introduces the system architecture.2, the paper on the development of methods, techniques and tools for modeling and database technology related systems are described. In this paper, the system then carried out a detailed needs analysis, including business requirements analysis, functional requirements analysis, data requirements analysis and analysis of non-functional requirements.3, focused and detailed description of the implementation system of each sub-module in the design of the system, the overall design of the system and function module design, the main procurement management, storage management, recipients management, inventory management reminders, usage management and system management modules.When the database design, the main use of the entity class diagrams, ER diagrams and database table structure to carry out the detailed design of four, describes the realization of test systems and applications.After the system is completed, it is tried out in Zhejiang Carson for a period time, and it is running well, basically achieve the design goals.
