LED industry is the most promising industry in the next 10-20 years. At present, the market size of China’s LED industry is growing rapidly. Jiangmen in Guangdong province has become a green light semiconductor industry base in 2008. The total output value of Jiangmen’s LED industry reached over 20 billion RMB in 2013, planning to reach 50 billion RMB in 2015. It is the aim for Jiangmen to strive to make LED industry a new pillar industry. This study comes from Jiangmen Economy and Information Bureau. According to Jiangmen LED industry development plan, IT technology which is explosive developing is used to establish LED optical design information sharing service platform system, which provides for the industry, research with resource, service and communication, thereby contributing to improve LED optical design technology and promoting the development of Jiangmen LED industry.The main research items are as follows:(1)In this paper, relevant system development techniques and theories have been in-depth studied and analyzed, which provide the technical and theoretical support for the development of platform system.(2) According to the guiding ideology of software engineering, project needs are analyzed firstly, then the function and architecture of the system are determined.It is the goal to ensure that the quality of software which can meet the needs of the user.(3)Research on vertical search algorithm based on theme is carried on. A crawler design plan which combines the Shark-Search algorithm with topic dictionary is come up, and the theme is LED optical design in this paper. Through customizing and extending web crawler Heritrix, a LED focused crawler is implemented and applied to the service platform to collect LED related web information, which achieves relatively accurate knowledge and information search.(4)Based on Visual Studio 2010 development platform, Computer language ASP.NET and C#, and SQL Server 2008 database are used to implement the LED optical design information sharing service platform system.
