In recent years, the development of computer technology, popularization and application of profound changes and affects the development of the society, the status of China in the international community and the impact on the world is becoming more and more highlighted.At the same time, the language barrier is more and more become the bottleneck of further communication, therefore, become the mutual translation of Chinese language with other countries a lot of attention and research emphasis.Statistical bilingual word alignment methods show great power in the field of Machine Translation (MT). Recently, a variety of word alignment method have been studied, such as Hidden Markov Models for Word Alignment, Statistical Machine Translation (SMT) Models based on IBM Models, Words strength of associated research methods, Linguistics analysis method....Each method has its own characteristics, and they have shown good performance in different domains.This paper firstly analysis several typical word alignment methods, and put forward solutions aiming at the problems of word alignment technology. Secondly, through the study of Han-Lao old bilingual word alignment of the research status, we found the problem and put forward a kind of effective Han-Lao bilingual word alignment methods. Namely build Han-Lao bilingual corpus and combine with dynamic programming algorithm, then use Java language program to realize automatic word alignment, and conduct Han-Lao bilingual word alignment experiments.In summary, word alignment experimental results show that this method is feasible, and reached the entry-level stage expected. The research provides a powerful platform in future.
