Information security has become a problem that can not be ignored in today’s society, the research on information security transmission system rely on the network media, has become a priority among priorities in the field of information security.Technical method of information security can be divided into two main categories: One is the information isolation technology, users build a belongs to own private network tunnel in the open network environment, information transmission in it that isolated with the outside of the network environment, to ensure information security; Another is the information encryption technology, through certain technical methods to transmit the plaintext into ciphertext before information entering the transmission system, when the ciphertext is received by a receiver, and then revert to the original plaintext information. The emergence of information encryption technology enables users to sensitive data encryption protection in various network conditions. Especially with the advantages of short development cycle and easy maintenance and so on, software encryption technology has become more and more mature, which makes applications of encryption technology become more and more commercialized. In this paper, through the analysis and Research on the information isolation technology and information encryption technology, using open source OpenVPN tunnel technology to build a private information channel, and then implement the ECC encryption data information in the OpenVPN network framework, to ensure the maximum degree of information security. The main achievements of this paper are as follows:Firstly, from users needs, combined with the existing network equipment to design a network topology to meet the desired objectives, and completed prototype system deployment that based on OpenVPN network framework for information security encrypted transmission system.Secondly, on the basis of the information security encryption transmission system framework, through carried on the analysis to the OpenVPN encryption system, the ECC encryption algorithm is better than OpenVPN’s default RSA encryption algorithm, more efficient and more suitable for the project functions implementation.Thirdly, through previous work, we have successfully completed the design and implementation of a set information security encrypted transmission system that can be applied to Android smart terminal. Completed SIP server deployment and the configuration of SIP clients, achieved the establishment and application of SIP communication system that based on the security framework of OpenVPN.Fourthly, in order to verify the paper deal with secure communications system availability, we tested the system in terms of availability and security. Through tests, the network performance of the system, information exchange, and security encryption capabilities have reached the expected requirements.The content of this paper was to study the practicability of the information security and to investigate the characteristics of information security encryption transmission system availability and security in the actual demand. Designed and implemented an information security encrypte transmission system, which based on OpenVPN ECC encryption framework, the system has achieved good results in testing and the actual process of using.
