Analysis And Design Of Management Information System Of Trade Union Members In Sanming College

With the development of the information construction in the universities and the colleges, the Internet-based B/S management information system has played a great role. The trade union in colleges and universities, as the mass organization to unite the staff, is responsible to maintain the right of the staff and contributes to the harmony of the school in the reform and development of the higher education. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of the trade union in colleges and universities. This article introduces the construction of the management information system of the trade union members in Sanming University. Based on the Internet-based B/S construction and procedure-oriented analysis and design, the system basically meets the need to manage the members information.The paper first introduces the research background of the trade union members’ management information system in Sanming University, and then summarizes the issues to be solved, illustrates the significance and the importance of the research. Secondly, by finishing the demand analysis with the thorough demand investegation, the paper puts forward the construction object of the system with a detailed analysis of the demand of the system function and an illustration of the system’s service demand with an operation flow diagram. Thirdly, the paper describes the service functions of trade union members’ management information system in detail with the IPO diagram and operation flow diagram of the service functions. Fourthly, the paper describes the system’s general design and moduel design with the diagram of the system’s general funtions and the moduel function (diagram H), the IPO chart and the processing flow chart of each moduel design, including the moduels of the members’ archives management, the management of revenue and expenditure, the management of the E-proposa. In the end, the paper introduces the detailed design content and the table structure design of the data base with the E-R chart and SQL serve technology. The system initially realizes the OA(office automation) of the trade union members’ management in school and colleges.The trade union members’management information system in Sanming University provides the services of trade union management, the updating, inquiry, statistics and the printing of the members’information with the moduel of members’ archives management. The system can also fulfill the fund payment, fund callback, funds account and the statistics and the inquiry of the balance sheet with the moduel of trade union payment and expenditure management and realizes the electronization of the proposal management from the submit and the reply of the proposal to the management and search of the proposal with the E-proposal management moduel. The application of the system can effectively and efficently improve the comprehensive management of the trade union members in Sanming University, providing an exact and high-efficency service for all the staff.
