Currently, network develops rapidly, the Ministry of Education is also actively introducing new educational concept model- individualized education, which emphasizes the needs of the students as an important role in education, the main core idea is based on the differences between learners, offer different learning styles and content for different learners. Traditional e-learning in general sets "information" as the center, but because the information on the network is very large, if the student simply learns by static pages, according the different learning ability, interests, attitudes, preferences between learners, this will result in relatively simple way of learning problems. Originally learning is a personalized process, if everyone faces the same learning resources, then you can not reach the actual target.This article is to be done from the learner’s point of view, according the different nees of leaners, to propose a personalized learning model to provide different personalized services for students of different levels. This model combines two data mining techniques, and records learners’ behavior data in the system as original data, such as the test, the degree of difficulty, the results and so on. It first assesses the ability of learners and classifies all learners by clustering algorithm, whis is optimized from two parts, the selection of the initial center and the speed to cluster. And it then improves the association rule based on data characteristics of the model, dynamically, analysises learners’ behaviors based on various clusters of learners to draw useful rules and potential patterns in order to provide learning guidance, realize personalized recommendations.After creating a new learning model, it’s important to apply it to actual system to be verified. In this paper, the experimental system is the Java programming platform, which meet the research requirements of the data condition. This article derives real data from the system and then realizes the personalized learning model by using Java language. After that, it should be put in the system to meet the dynamic requirements, analyze the data for students in order to provide better service, and then network learning system will be more scientific, humane, to play its greatest advantage.
