The integration of radar, communication and electronic warfare solves some problems, such as the electromagnetic compatibility and the mobility for combat platforms. It also improves the overall performance of combat platforms. The integration based on sharing signals, which is the development direction of integration systems, can maximize the use of resources. The paper mainly studies the waveform design and generation of integrated signals.First of all, the paper analyzes the present situation of research on the integration at home and abroad. It also expounds the feasibility and system scheme of the integration of radar, communication and jamming, and presents some ideas for integrated waveform design. Then, combined with the research results about the integration of radar and communication and the integration of radar and jamming, the paper designs the integrated waveforms based on spread spectrum. The methods of direct sequence spread spectrum and chirp spectrum are used for integration waveform design. Two integrated waveforms are designed, namely DSSS-2DPSK and DS-CSS. The fuzzy functions are derived, and the paper analyzes the data rates and the bit error rates under different detection algorithms. It verifies the jamming effects based on the power rule through analysis and simulation. Then, in order to increase the data rate, the integrated waveform based on OFDM is studied, which is named SS-OFDM in this paper. The integrated waveform has good performance in radar, communication and interference through the analysis of the time-frequency characteristic, fuzzy function, data rate and bit error rate. Finally, the paper discusses the radar signal processing methods of the three kinds of integrated signals, which are respectively the correlation processing method, de-chirp method and the time/frequency domain method, and gives the communication detection algorithms for DSSS-2DPSK and DS-CSS, which are differential coherent demodulation method for DSSS-2DPSK, coherent detection algorithm and DFRFT non-coherent detection algorithm for DS-CSS. The three kinds of integrated waveforms in this paper are all feasible through analysis and simulations.
