With the rapid development and wide popularity of short-distance wireless communicational electronic devices which can connect when moving, the communication in some areas without infrastructure becomes reality, leading to researcher focus on the technique of Ad-hoc, Mobile Sensor Network, Delay-Tolerant-Network(DTN). These new networks have a great potential application in many areas, for example, the Military Area Network, Deep-sea Exploration, Rescue of Disaster Area, Terrestrial Mobile Networks and so on.In Mobile Wireless Ad Hoc Networks, for the reason of the uncertainty, limit of energy, capability of storage and communication, it is hard to form the end-to-end connection between source node to destination node, so the existing protocol designed for end-to-end connection lose their value in this case. In order to confront many challenges, the new Delay-Tolerant-Network could overcome the problems, for example, the long delay, link disconnection, high package drop rate and so on. At the same time, based on the different requirements of application, the various devices used in communication and the mobile model of nodes which carry the devices, the routing and application become more diverse. We first make research on the mobile model of humans, then, combine the analysis of the existing mobile simulation model in DTN, get the conclusion of three requirements in mobile modeling. Secondly, we analyze the demands of the earthquake emergency rescue in in "Golden72Hours" firstly, then propose an earthquake emergency rescue communication system based on the DTN network model, and design an suitable DTN routing scheme for earthquake rescue system and several mobile models. Furthermore, we analyze the delay of the proposed routing scheme. Finally, we analyze the the influence of the different mobile model on the quality of communication through the simulation experiment, providing the deployment of earthquake emergency rescue communication system a useful reference.Based on the analysis of the general environment in reality, we propose a routing strategy of information retrieval for application of DTN in campus environment. We divide the nodes in DTN into three classifications, the first is AP nodes, which are used to store information, then is the Ferry nodes, assisting the communication between the normal nodes and AP nodes through ferry. The last classification is normal nodes, which query information from the AP nodes. And the retrieval routing also contain three steps, Researching, Ferry, and Retrieval. At last, we use the MIT Reality trace to verify our routing and the results show that the three-step routing is effective and efficient in real environment.
