Research And Implementation Of News Recommendation Method Based On Ontology

With the development of Internet technology, information on the Internet growth with exponential in everyday, the Internet has changed the way of people live little by little. At present, the Internet has entered the age of big data, but the information on the Internet is still not organize by the personal interest, with the rapid growth of data, how people fast find the information they need has become an urgent problem to solve. Personalized service to each user is one of the main development trends of Web information processing technology.Currently, the main way of personalized service is recommendation system; the recommended method is mainly based on collaborative filtering systems methods, content-based recommendation system and hybrid recommendation algorithm, these recommender systems have get good application and promotion in the industry. However, the current recommendation system remains have a lower degree structure of recommended resources, resource content is not formalized and structured description of the definition, it is recommended to calculate more content with the keyword term, recommended for users is difficult to guarantee the quality of the resources, causing the user satisfaction difficult to improve, and many other problems.Therefore, this paper proposes a method for news recommendation based on ontology. The method introduced ontology into recommendation system. Ontology in the field of computer technology is a method of knowledge representation and knowledge sharing, this article uses the representation of ontology to formalize and structure the description of user information and recommend projects. Different with the traditional recommendation algorithm which used the overall project or keyword, our method use ontology to make some semantic information used in the recommendation system. Firstly we analysis the user and recommend projects according user interest information and then use user interest to recommend. This method solves those problems which the low degree of structure, semantic deficiency problem. Meanwhile, this model full uses the information of the user with many users, and other items in the recommendation process. Experiments show that the algorithm is superior to the traditional recommendation algorithm in terms of recall and precision rates. Ontology-based news recommendation put forward a new idea of recommended methods will be applied to the Semantic Web ontology of the recommendation system. Make personalized service can better meet the needs of users and improve user satisfaction.
