With the rapid development of modern agriculture, Crop pest control in agricultural production has become an urgent problem to be solved. However, the current pest control technology is lagging behind, the lack of prevention knowledge leading to crop pest control had little effect, Seriously affected the production efficiency of agriculture.To solve these problems, In this paper, Qujing is as basic points. In order to solve the prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests for corn. We designed the management system.First, through the Qujing city agriculture bureau relevant departments to provide information for analysis and classification of functional role, the design applies UML modeling tools for the requirement analysis and modeling of the system. Then, system architecture, modules, functions and system interface get a detailed design and achieve on.NET development platform, and using the SQL Server2005database management to data of the background. Analysis of those data design completed entry and maintenance information, forecast, feedback effects, instant messaging, alarms and other functional modules. For example, the establishment of pest forecasting model based on data recorded in previous years and weather information. Combined with the actual situation, Prediction of plant diseases and insect pests may-happen in the future, and provide the corresponding prevention measures for farmers. Not only realize the information management of integrated pest control, the farmer’s scientific prevention and control of plant diseases, and the sustainable development of agriculture also had a profound radiation effect.Finally, the paper summarizes the work done. Discussed prospects of based on C/S architecture corn integrated pest management system.
