Radio Frequency Identification technology is an information identification using radio technology. RF module technology will be the future of the fastest growing, most extensive prospect of automatic identification technology.This research is to achieve the full automatic control of the container shipping and land transport. From a technical point of view, to study the design of radio frequency system modules which have a cost-effective structure, in line with international standard size (IS014443 and IS07816), long working hours, long reading and writing (about 50 meters), and can be used on moving objects. The paper must also study any improvement of the anti-collision algorithm, small antenna design and delivery of a small area of high frequency PCB routing to reduce crosstalk and other issues. These problems exist with each other some restraining factors. The main work of this paper is achieving the research, design methods and results of the wireless remote label for the container box-remote RFID card from the perspective of theoretical basis and design.Firstly, based on the whole, from the theoretical analysis of the technology development status, problems and current difficulties in designing ultra-long-range active RFID by active way, it summaries the focus of this study and also the difficult content.Secondly, technical specifications and design requirements is considered in explaining the functional principle and method of various parts of sub-module concretely. It also provide the Design route of the time function proposed function of sleep and wake patterns of time, SAW frequency stability, low power, optimized PCB layout design of line route RFID cards.Finally, the testing of active RFID cards proves the research results. The results show that the proposed wireless remote label of the container box achieve each kind of technical indicators.
