Mobile Environments Clothing Custom System Design And Implementation

With the development of the society and economy, more and more people tend to be dressed with personalized clothing to fit their own body type and aesthetics. According to the traditional dress-making, it takes much time for the tailors to measure the size of the clients before they start to design and sew the dress with their own routines and experience.This kind of way is not suitable for a large batch of order or for the clients in the place where cannot be reached easily. Facing the fierce market competition, modern apparel manufacturing enterprises need to take use of the integrated supply chain to complete the process of dress-making based on the modern information technology and combined with the traditional process of measurement, design and sales.As the mobile communication technology becomes more and more popular in the modern society, The access to information, organization and operation mode of the supply chain have changed a lot. The terminate of the supply chain could be the clients in the mobile environment. In some cases, the related suppliers or their working partners need discuss the dress-making plan with the clients interactively and offer the updated tracking information from time to time. On the other hand, since the supply chain is involved in the mobile environment, the service and instant decision should be offered according to the changeable place, environment and circumstance.According to the requirement above, the research is to study the proposal, techniques and other related problems of the mobile dress-making system in the view of integrated supply chain. In the beginning of the research,the operation mode, work flow and other functions of the dress-making system will be analyzed and discussed.Then, the proposal for designing the dress-making system will be presented as followed:in the foreground operating system, using specific internet website and the mobile web to make the interacted communication and personalized dress-making come true; in the background operating system, using AIS to establish the dynamic consultation mechanism and integrated management of the whole supply chain to meet the clients'needs. Based on the study above, the research will elaborate the development and application process of the whole system and study the interactive technology of dress-making, dynamic consultation mechanism based on the intelligent agent and mobile terminal access technology.
