With the wide application of network teaching, exam as check teaching quality and students' ability, as an important means of item bank education teaching resources of important, it plays an increasingly important role. Modern higher education requirement to establish high query efficiency test-problem library, can efficient, convenient, fast prudently, automatically generating papers, and gradually form rich and perfect test-problem library, make examination paper management work more scientific and effective.This paper database system of the background, concept, the theory and technology are summarized, compares and analyses f through various existing database system, and proposed in this foundation the practicability, intelligent, networked new characteristics, thus designed based on adaptive technology curriculum examination software systems. More than This kind of adaptive examination system algorithm is based on the item response theory IRT), (IRT gives judge examinee answer results of mathematical formula, provides the candidate a project of probability correct answers, and can administer ability value, project parameters effectively estimate. Will test system combined with adaptive technology, can make the examinee has opportunity to self levels of exams in really reflect their own ability and the level, thus avoiding the because of the paper was or too easy, examinee can't play to their true level of conflict.Then this test-system adoption of supporting technology and the key technologies, finally from the database system needs analysis, a detailed description of this kind of based on adaptive online database system design and implementation of the scheme for the database system to achieve process strategies of grouping, pulls topic algorithms and system security technology are discussed in detail.
