Wireless sensor network(WSN) has vast application prospects in areas including industrial automation, disaster warning. It changes the way of communication between human and nature.In a wireless sensor network,the node location information is necessary for the nodes conmunication and routing efficiency improving.So as the supporting technology of WSN,localization technology draws more and more attention from people.The paper is focused on geometric constraints based localization method using a mobile node. First we summarized the research of node localization problem, analyzed the pros and cons of existing research. In order to solve the problem of low localization accuracy, we proposed a new solution to SLAM problem. The main contribution of this work is:1.New construction method of constraint area. By replanning the mobile node path, the unknown node could obtain many important beacon points in the horizontal and vertical direction respectively, and then construct the only constraint area, whose center is treated as the estimated position of the unknown node.2.More simplified localization process and higher localization accuracy. This method eliminates the need for solving the quadratic equation of arc intersection and improves accuracy for more than 10%. This localization method is based on connectivity between nodes, so it is a range free distributed method with lower communication and higher stability.3. Based on anisotropic radio signal transmission model, this paper analyzes the system variables which affect localization accuracy. We made some simulate experiment in different mobile node travelling mode and network quality.Besides, this paper introduced some work about system optimization of HMI system of Baosteel caster.In order to solve the problems of poor communication link and high transport load,we first analyzed the system architechture,localized the causes which lead the problems above. Then we optimized the source code and updated the communication model algorithm. After optimization,the system runs in a good condition and production efficiency was improved.
