Nowadays with the signal frequency band to process in modern communication electronic warfare getting much wider, so as the electromagnetic interference getting much stronger, the traditional receiver can not satisfy the demand to monitor the target signal in complex background environment. As an important part of radio monitoring system, the wide band correlation interferometer divides wide band signal into many narrow band signals which will be much easier to process. We can quickly pick out the signals which we are interested in and find out the azimuth and elevation angle of signal with it. With all these advantages, the wide band correlation interferometer is widely used in Information War.This dissertation is based on the idea of software radio, which trys to build a common, standardization and modular hardware platform, making A/D conversion be close to the antenna as possible as it can, reducing the analog parts, with the purpose to implement a software programmable, flexible and open communication system.In the beginning of dissertation, the basic theory of digital channelized receiver is analysed, and then the system's scheme and hardware structure is given. The IF signal received by antenna is firstly quantitated with the using of A/D sampling. Then it's digitally down converted to baseband by ISL5416. In order to make the following signal processing much more easily, there should be a best solution for decimation in ISL5416. The output signal of three channels after DDC can simulate the data of 9 array elements; we then research the implementation of 4096 alterable point channelization by changing the presorting storage structure, which is based on poly phase filter banks. Also, the implementation of data transfer through PCI Express is studied by desigining the master and slave state machine. In the end of this dissertation, we discuss the detection threthold with the method of constant false alarm rate, which is usually used in radar processing, and we also do some research on the effect of direction finding algorithm's similarity function.At last, we debugged the wideband correlation interometer direction finding system and verify its reliability and validity.
