The system implements the unit-level data flow model, and completes whole procedures of plan declaration, appoval and transmition, and the different data extention, the excel file presentation process mode and the various forms data free extraction function, and offers the decision-making for management.For sake of adopting the component design, this system has a better performance on openness and reconstruction. And therefore, it reduce the maintenance work and ensure the smooth expansion of the system to meet the ever-changing needs. Meanwhile, the system reduces the workload of the statistical management, simplifies the complex procedures and improves the management efficiency. Each time, this system keeps a detailed record on statistical results and provides a powerful rapid research function and solves the problems of slow manual research. The system has achieved a good result through applied for the operation test. Its success is very important for improving the management level of statistical significance.
