With the rapid development of the Internet technology, information processing technology and the further improvement of the database technology, informationized, automatical and dagital management on the industry production is more and more important. Many industries have established their information management systems. At present, Liaohe oil field Plan and Statistic Management is still operated by manual work, so the work is very heavy and may exist error participated by manual, and it is very urgent to comply the systematic and modernized management method. To establish a planning statistic management system has become the urgent oblems to the current statistic management organization.This thesis explores the design and implementation of Plan and Statistic Management System applied in Liaohe Oil Field BranchThis thesis explores the design and implementation of Plan and Statistic Management System applied in iaohe Oil Field Branch, including emand analysis, system design and implementation. The demand analysis is explored through the following three aspects: functional demand, performance demand and safety demand. The system design includes overall design, functional design and database design. This system is achieved by adopting Oracle as the database and PowerBuilder as the evelopment tools. This system has a friendly and easy-to-operate user interface. The system implements the unit-level data flow model, and completes whole procedures of plan declaration, appoval and transmition, and the different data extention, the excel file presentation process mode and the various forms data free extraction function, and offers the decision-making for management.For sake of adopting the component design, this system has a better performance on openness and reconstruction. And therefore, it reduce the maintenance work and ensure the smooth expansion of the system to meet the ever-changing needs. Meanwhile, the system reduces the workload of the statistical management, simplifies the complex procedures and improves the management efficiency. Each time, this system keeps a detailed record on statistical results and provides a powerful rapid research function and solves the problems of slow manual research. The system has achieved a good result through applied for the operation test. Its success is very important for improving the management level of statistical significance. The application of this system shows that it improves the work efficiency with its friendly and easy-to-operate user interface and meanwhile it helps to achieve the aim of"Paperless Office"on the whole.
