The perfect combination of IT and MIS greatly promotes the progress of informatization and modernlization. The normal administration informatization in its narrow sense is the information system hardware and software construction, and the exploration and application of MIS. To strengthen the construction and application of normal MIS is one of the key aspects of higher administration reforms. The construction of campus network has structured a mature hardware support platform for the campus digitalization construction, electrical political business, and the opening of it bring a new chance of MIS as well as posed a new challenge to it, which the administration should pay attention to.The perfect fusion from internet and enterprise has greatly promoted the modernization of social information and industrially process, but also promoted the construction of productivity the process of management information. With the rapid development of internet technology, information management system has been considerable development and application, but many information management system in technology research and design, development still lags behind the pace of internet technology, making the resources are not efficiently manage and leverage, while also increasing the number of information managers additional burden and workload. Therefore, it calls for universities to better reflect the characteristics of information resource management, better integration of internet technology and developed a new type of information management systems to appear.According to the actual needs of information management the paper studies based on the traditional B/S structure advantages and disadvantages of management information system, analyzes the information management system with the advanced Internet technology, focusing on the Internet in the context of the current information management systems on technology and related algorithms, such as: a new generation of Internet-based data storage technology (mass storage technology, network storage, high-speed access, P2P storage and virtual storage, and storage system technology) and data security and access control technology and theory. At the same time, huge amounts of data compression technology and search algorithms were also conducted in-depth analysis and research.By the analysis of common theory and techniques, and the research of information storage technology, information systems security technology and massive data compression and other advanced technology, the paper solved and implemented the following contents: First, system developers can increase productivity, reduce the number of errors, thus speeding up application development and simplify deployment. Second, to engage in based on B / S architecture development of information system characteristics provide information on the Internet with a new generation of network storage theory and related technologies. Third, make the new information management system has a better disaster recovery and backup capabilities. Fourth, provid an important indicator of large-scale data and the service quality assurance model of object-based storage system.The research will help the B/S-based on information management system reseaerched and developed, can also make the information management system has the advancement and good utility, and improve management information systems work efficiency.
