Wireless spectrum is precious natural resource, the main reason of spectrum resources'scarcity was caused by fixed spectrum distribution. Cognitive radio was put forward to solve this unbalanced spectrum using problem. It can exchange its working paramters according to the result of cooperative detection in its working circumstance, so that cognitive radio can utilize spectrum dynamic and repeatedly.This topic derives from the development of the project named dynamic spectrum-shared wireless communication system verification network. The hardware architecture is DSP, FPGA which construct the data transmission link in physical layer and PC which takes charge of the protocol's implemention in up-layers. This dissertation focuses on the design of data transmission, system scheduling and implementation of CR system. Because this system requires a high data rate, we must guarantee every part's stability including the memory allocation, thread design, communication protocol and optimization of some key modules.According to the requirements above, first, this dissertation analyses the complexity and amount of computation of data transmission link. Then, it researches some inefficient module intensively and seeks more efficient algorithms satisfied performance requirement. Besides, it combines DSP's special optimization methods to reduce these modules'complexity and system's load in order to satisfy real-time requirement.This dissertation completes the design of communication protocols between DSP, FPGA and PC. After studying the embedded OS-DSP/BIOS, it gets rid of the traditions of programme design and makes use of the advantages of DSP/BIOS to develop the application software based on multi-thread scheduling in physical layer independently.In order to check the system completely, this dissertation sets up an IF wired signal testing to ensure the data link's correctness and contracts to matlab. Then, it testes the scheduling software in wireless environment and verify the system's performance.
