Fair Expense Management System Design And Development

Currently, with the rapid development of computer technology, Internet technology, and database technology, office of information has become a trend. More and more institutions began to use information management systems to improve office efficiency. However, due to the vulnerability of the Internet as well as loopholes in the database itself, the management system which connected to the Internet received an increasing number of attacks. Therefore, the design and implementation of database management system security has become a necessity, particularly the MIS which is releated to the cost accounting management system. In this thesis, we designed and implemented a cost accounting systemt based on the basis of computer technology and related to the security of the database.In this thesis.First, the basic technology and related theory"such as ASP IIS and DB"will be involved.We mainly studies the security of the DB in the related theory,for example,database security control and database security standards. We also have a detailed analysis on the SQL SERVER security mechanism in this thesis. And then design the system architecure based on B/S architecure.The relvvant security policy,"for example, strategic security, network security and application security"will be considered when implement the system. The architecture design, functional design, module design, and security design were carried out when the system is designed. We focus the security design in this thesis and design the database connectivity, database security access and database encryption.The entire system includes three aspects: ASP page development, establishing and maintaining the backend database. The interface design of this system is concise. The system has some features, such as complete business logic, fully functional, security, easy to use, etc.
