Course Selection System Design And Implementation Of Multi Educational System

"Determination of the CPC Central Committee on Education Reform.", which clearly pointed out the importance of reducing the required course and increasing the elective course was issued in May 1985. It also implemented the Credits and Dual Degree. Since then the Credits had been the inevitable trend of major college around the country. With the continuous advantages of China's education modernization and deepening reform of higher education, Credits and Enrollment Management became to be one of the very important and essential parts.It is also the most important part of the construction of Digital Campus. Since 2004, almost all colleges and universities had abandoned the academic school year system and put the Credits system into practice. There come out a lot of colleges that completely implemented the entire Credits system over the last two years. While, lots of schools'educating resources and support systemcan no longer match the Credits system. And it led to management confusion, waste of resources and may cause other bad happenings. The author have searched for issues of CNKI index, however none of them can solve the problems of elective course selection or limited professional course selection. The author has researched themethod of course selection of domestic and abroad in-depth, and he did the detailed analysis about the elective system of domestic solution and the further analysis about the existed domestic institutions of the elective system. With the continued efforts, he then made the elective system intoa "multiple constraints" usingmathematical models. In the multi-constrained model, it has two levels and a variety of methods to be found. With the help of the establishment of data aggregation model, universities are using a variety of algorithms to compare and choose. Finally they got the solution set of the best satisfaction collection which will try to find the solution of completing the course selecting, and it helps smoothly change over from the academic year system to the Credits system, and at the mean time it can satisfy the students'study.On completion of this study, the author not only designed the system and the mathematical model but also accomplished most of the programming, and some of the WEB pages were completed as well.
