Phishing Warning System Design And Analysis

Since the twentieth century, the computer network technology, which gives a great convenience to the lives of people, has extended every field of the society. However, it has also been used for criminal activities. Nowadays,network cheating, such as phishing has been taken to increasingly rampant criminal activities, which has seriously affected the development and application of the Internet. How to combat and prevent these new forms of online criminal activities has aroused great attention both at home and abroad. After studies mainly focused on the analyses of phishing technology, experts provide some prevention methods and companies published some anti-phishing software. But the number of phishing crime is still rising sharply. How to detect websites efficiently and initiatively has become a top priority.There are kinds of phishing crime. In this paper, the technical means of phishing will be introduced and the general implementation steps of phishing crime will be analyzed. By analyzing the domain name and website features of phishing sites , the paper designs the algorithm of the similar domain names produce and the algorithm of the similar webpage contrast ,and solves the key points on detecting phishing websites , and further puts forward the phishing detection system . The system first builds protected websites database, which store e-commerce or financial websites that need to be protected, second, uses the algorithm of similar domain names make to bring out similar domain names, and then visits the websites of these similar domain names. If the website exists, the system uses the algorithm of similar webpage contrast to judge whether it is a phishing website or not. Compared to current anti-phishing software and product, the system makes a great step forward in detecting phishing websites initiatively .It not only provide a convenient tool for the public security network supervise department , but also a convenient tool for e-commerce or financial websites to improve self-protection and prevent its websites to be copied purposely.
