Since the last century of the 80's, higher education quality, enrolling new students & financial issue become the main topics of the higher education revolution worldwide. Many colleges and university put their tireless effort on improving it, and push the higher quality insurance become an international events. Although the society always focus on the higher education quality issue, but the relative research shows it's easy to ignore the collaborative teaching system factors. So this thesis will focus on the higher education quality system issue of UESTC and analysis how student, teacher, environment factors affect the higher quality system. At last I will conclude the improvement strategy for the higher education quality.This thesis includes 5 chapters. I will show you the background and the significance in first chapter. Besides emphasized how the key factor affects the higher education quality; it also review the research achievement domestic and aboard. The second chapter shows the main content how the student, teacher and environment affect the higher education quality of UESTC. I put the case study in the third part. It is about why I define the questionnaire like that, how the evaluate table created, the reliability and the efficiency; finding out the issue and give the suggestion by analysis the questionnaire. I focus on how to improve the education quality management system in the forth part. The conclusion and the outlook are all in the last chapter.The research result shows that the excellent education quality is the fundamental of the self-improvement, the society improvement and the national's comprehensive implement since the school is the talents trained base,. The determinant of higher education is the student's positive study attitude. In the teaching behavior, the teacher and the teaching management will not only focus on the prolific studying resources and knowledge, but also focus on maintaining study positive behavior of the students. In that case, it can help the student improve the quality of study. The student adopts the right and the consistence study attitude is very important to them to get the excellent study achievement.
