Spatial vector, which is improved greatly as the content of senior middle school mathematics textbooks, develops itself system and appearances as independent chapters and sections with new mathematical curriculum reform. Spatial vector has double representation of geometry and algebras and is the intersection of middle school mathematics knowledge.Especially, it can transform some elements position relation of Three-dimensional geometry into quantity relation and can transform some logic proofs into numerical operations, which make mathematical problems easily and lower students' degree of difficulty. At the same time, students can deal with the relationship between spatial vector method and traditional synthesized method in learning process.On the basis of reading many related spatial vector literature, to "Full-time Ordinary Senior middle school Mathematics Program of instruction" and" the Ordinary High school Mathematics Curriculum Standard (Experiment)", "Full-time Ordinary Senior middle school Text book (Compulsory) Second Volume of Under(B) "and" Ordinary High school Curriculum Standard Experiment Textbook" about spatial vector curriculum content arrangement and instruction request, author has conducted the comparison research.209 senior high school students were tested using questionnaire investigation and interview investigation. The purpose of this study is to inspect spatial vector's influence on the learning of three-dimensional geometry. Study date of investigation is analyzed and the experimental results show that:first, vector content in college entrance examination test question has increased.vector method has offered additional channel for students solving three-dimensional geometry problems. The good class has 79.8% student to accept the vector method, however the parallel class has only 53.8% student. Over half of student between two classes accept vector method in passion. So learning to spatial vector has made student understand mechanized modern thinking.Synthesized method score between two type of problems. So learning spatial vector affects on students' performance and improves students' confidence. Besides, it decreases learning difficulty and weakens requirement of space imagination ability. Second, when solving some computation problems in three-dimensional geometry, many students are prone to using vector method. Different pattern problems affect on method selection. Students use traditional synthesized method more than vector method in logical proof problems of three-dimensional geometry. Students use traditional synthesized method less than vector method in computation problems of three-dimensional geometry. Vector method score is higher than traditional.This study has found that there are some matters in spatial vector application. So, in order to improve ability and level of learning three-dimensional geometry, author gives some related suggestion about existing problems from different angels and aspects.
