This platform will enlarge the space for college teachers and students to construct the college internet culture, which makes it develop heathly.The research work contains theory study as well as practice work. In theory study, consuting related materials by desk research, after definiting the consept and makeup of college culture, then definite the consept of platform. Find the characteristics of platform and sumrise its theropy base. In practice work, firstly, use the case-based method, to find funcitions, characteristics and disadvantages of current platform. Then make the bluemap of the funcition needs. Secondly, as per the bluemap, use questionaire survey to analyse its essential funcition, which should involve education, studying, life service, entertainment and management. Basing on these five funcitions and the characteristics. Finally design and establish the platform. This platform contains modules of red culture, studing culture, life culture, employment culture, entertainment culture, club culture, management culture, psychology consulting, resource sharing, culture establishing, bbs, and each module has its identified funcition. The platform gives the users enough access to join in bulding the college internet culture.The characteristic of the research is definiting the concept and makeup of college internet culture, basing which to bring concept and makeup of the the platform; creatively design and establish the platform which is in vivid forms, resource-riched, funcition-melted, man-oriented and access-opened; basing the software development theory, by the high efficiency and safe system development ways to guide the practice.The diploma work is made up of six chapters:Chapter one, to describe the background and meaning of the research, analyzing the current state of this issue studying in domestic and abroad, showing the content and methods of research.
