Budget Management At The University Of D And Optimization

Budget management plays an important role in university financial management, which affects finance status and development of university. Currently, University budget system still exist some problems at the aspects of the preparation methods, preparation cycle, budget control. As the sustained and rapid development of China's economic, it becomes more critical to improve current budget management in the reformation of financial management system of university. So the topic on how to solve the issues in Budget management to accelerate the development of university is valuable on both theory and reality.Based on current situations of management system and financial budget system in China's higher education, this paper uses budget management theory, focuses on the typical case of the D University, analysis and explores its status and problems of budget management system. Also, it also adopts the model of foreign financial budget management in universities to provide some measures based on performance budge to optimize the university budget management.
