It is self-evident that instructional objectives play a very important part in teaching process.Instructional objects are the soul,which dominate the whole teaching process and formulate the direction of teaching and learning.Instructional objects are statring point and end—result of teaching,and also students' final aim.It happens that this year is the 30th years of reform and opening-up.Nowadays,educational cause has already made a gigantic achievments,elementary education reform is just a starting to expand,and education for all-round development has been around.Nevertheless,eduction reform must be put into practice through classroom teaching,and instructional objects are the soul of teaching,which direct teachers and students' expected outcome and standard.Since 1978,instructional objects have changed a lot.This paper aims to research the changes and reasons of the teaching aims,and try to analyze from policy aspect and research aspect,then compare them.This research is conducted to analyze the integrated instructional objects during compusory education period. This paper is divided into three parts:the first part analyzes the teaching aims in policy makers' eyes,it determines the criteria to divide different stages and states the concrete contents of different stages,then analyzes the development trendency in policy makes' eyes.The second part focuses on the instructional objects in researchers' eyes,from researchers' concern,researchers' research contents and researchers' research characters aspects.The third part discusses the relationship between teaching aims in policy makers' eyes and teaching aims in researchers' eyes.This is meaningful,because good instructional objects can make teachers play a guiding role and student a main role,thereby,it can stimulate both teachers and students' enthusiasm.Analyzing the changes of 30 years' instructional objects is really special:it focuses the history;it analyzes the changes from the policy and research aspects;it draws lessons from the previous experience and it can help us to formulate the better instructional objects.Analyzing instructional objects puts instructional objects into a dynamic enviroments, and we can understand the related factors of instructional objects.Beacause of the researcher's limited ability, there must be some careless omission,however,this is a new start,and the researcher will move on analyzing instructional objects thoroughly.
