The low efficiency of the maths education in junior high schools exists ubiquitously. Faced with the phenomena, junior high maths teachers have devoted a lot to improving teaching effectiveness, including the students'marks and their abilities to obtain knowledge. Based on the existing researches, theories and my own teaching experience, this report focuses on the survey of students'low efficiency of learning behavior and it's solution achieved by specific experiments and continuous surveys. The following are the conclusions.(1).It is practical to optimize and carry out the junior high students'learning behavior.(2).It is certain to improve students'marks as a whole if the students'learning behavior and process are optimized and carried out.(3).It is sure to improve students'learning ability by optimizing and carrying out the students'learning behavior.The strategies used to optimize students'learning behaviors: I. Make full use of the classroom teaching. II.Strengthen revisions and weaken preparations III. Introduce the students to the ways of practicing IV. Strengthen reflecting and summing-upThe suggestions for teaching to the teachers I. Update the teaching methods. II. Improve students'thinking way. III. Pay close attention to the methods of exercise. IV. Adhere to students-center approach.
