Since 1970s,conceptual change teaching rose in Western countries,pay attention to the original experiences of students,emphasize the creation of situational questions,bring out the students' cognitive conflict,promote students actively construct the meaning of new knowledge, Set up the link between the old and the new knowledge,completely change the wrong,fuzzy old knowledge,thus really understand the new knowledge.The research of this theory is relative late in our country.Until 1980s,only appear some studies on pre-scientific conception and alternative conception.The study of the conceptual change remains at a theoretical level,and it is opposite less in the research of practical teaching.So on the basis of the results of different scholars, Explore a series of questions about the conceptual change theory in the application of secondary school biology teaching.The thesis uses the methods of literature,interview,investigation and experiment,etc.The following six parts composes this thesis:Part One is summary.Showing the bisic meaning of the conception which is related to the theory of conceptual change,put forward the conceptual change and its development mode,and conceptual change teaching modes.Part Two is diagnosis middle school pre-scientific conceptions of biological and formulate the content of them.Refer to the research methods of the biological pre-scientific conceptions, investigate and count to the biological pre-scientific conceptions and analyzing the source and the characteristics of the biological pre-scientific conceptions.Provide a valuable reference for practical biology teaching.Part Three is theoretical design of the application of the conceptual change theory in middle school biology teaching.The basic theory of the theory of conceptual change which can use in biology teaching.At the basis of the investigation of the pre-scientific conceptions of biology, Put forward the conceptual change teaching mode of the secondary school biology and explain the mode,then bring forward the reasonable and feasible conceptual change teaching strategies of the secondary school biology.Part Four is experimental study of the application of the conceptual change theory in middle school biology teaching.Apply the conceptual change teaching mode to the practical teaching in order to test the effectiveness and the feasibility of this mode.And to make sure that put this mode in practice can help middle school students improve their interests of studying biology, their studying methods of biological conception and their performance,also can effectively change their pre-science conception into science conception.Part Five is conclusion.Making a conclusion of this paper.Part Six is discussions and recommendations.Analyzing the problems which appear in the course of the application of the conceptual change teaching mode,and proposing the corresponding suggestion.
