Farmers are the mainstay of modern agricultural development. In promoting the process of agricultural modernization, the specific requirement is put forward to enhance farmers' culture quality, technical and management skills. Reform and opening-up 30 years ago, the system of rural education has been gradually built up to meet the farmers' different needs. The Sunshine Project, short for the Sunshine Project of job training for farmers looking for urban employment, which is a vocational skills training for surplus rural laborers in order to break "bottleneck" of their lack of skills, and speed up the transfer to non-agricultural industries and urban areas. Farmers can achieve stable employment and increase in their income.In this paper, based on farmers' learning satisfaction as the study perspective, the model of customer satisfaction as the framework, the education principle of "take people as center" as the connotation, the research aims to bring the farmers' learning satisfaction into the survey of Sunshine Project in order to offer some micro-evidences for its improvement. First of all, based on the systematical review of the researches by scholars at home and abroad, the author put forward the farmers' learning satisfaction is a disappointed or pleasant feeling after the Comparation between the farmers' actual feeling and their expectations.Secondly, referred to the customer satisfaction theory, as well as its extension to the public service and the higher education, the author gain the model of farmers' learning satisfaction, including four elements which are the learning expectation, the learning perception, the learning satisfaction and the learning feedback. Then, by the questionnaires of "Farmer's Learning Satisfaction Questionnaire of the Sunshine Project in Bishan County" and the statistical software Minitab 15, the author get the empirical conclusion of farmers' learning satisfaction in Bishan and the impacts of satisfaction: new rural labor forces are main trainers of Sunshine Project. Learning perception is basically same with the learning expectation, so farmers' learning satisfaction is "not be satisfied or dissatisfied". The most significant factors are teaching and administration. Generally the characters of farmers are effect less to the learning satisfaction.Finally, based on the above conclusion of the study, the relevant suggestions are made with the key point of "Farmer-oriented". On the factor of teacher and teaching, we should enhance teachers' training, pay attention to the training materials and change the traditional teaching model to the subjectivity one; On the other hand, we should do plenty of pre-effective researches of training, carry out a multi-level training, and increase the economic supports.
